The Hills Sports High School is located on Best Road, Seven Hills, in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Our students travel from across Western Sydney, the Hills District, Blacktown LGA, Parramatta, Penrith and surrounding regions.

🚆 Train Travel
Seven Hills Station is on the T1 Western Line, providing direct access from major hubs including Penrith, Parramatta, Blacktown and the Sydney CBD.

From Penrith
Route:
- Train from Penrith Station (T1 Western Line) to Seven Hills Station
- Walk or bus to school

~35–45 minutes by train + 15–20 minute walk
Total: ~50–65 minutes
Penrith students benefit from a direct train line with frequent peak services.
From Parramatta
Route:
- Train from Parramatta Station (T1 Western Line) to Seven Hills Station
- Walk or bus to school
Typical travel time:
~15–20 minutes by train + 15–20 minute walk
Total: ~30–40 minutes
This is one of the most convenient travel corridors to the school.
From Blacktown

- Train from Blacktown Station to Seven Hills Station

From Hawkesbury (Richmond / Windsor Area)

- Train from Richmond or Windsor Line to Blacktown
- Transfer to T1 Western Line → Seven Hills

Students from Hawkesbury often combine train services to reach Seven Hills.
From Castle Hill / Hills District

Students living within Seven Hills and the surrounding suburbs (Lalor Park, Toongabbie, Kings Langley, Blacktown) may choose to:

🚗 Parent Drop-Off & Pick-Up

The School Opal card gives eligible students free or discounted travel between home and school using metro, train, bus, ferry and light rail services.
- Any student living outside the 2km radius of The Hills Sports High School can apply for a School Opal Card.

- Those inside the 2km radius can use public transport using a 'Child' Opal Card.
Driving and parking
The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.
When driving and parking near our school, please:
- Ensure you park safely in school zones
- Follow speed signs
- Do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.
