Re-branded in 2025 from Cheerleading, Acro Dance is one of the newest and most exciting additions to the Talented Sports Program (TSP) at The Hills Sports High School—and already, it’s turning heads for all the right reasons.

Blending classical dance technique with the athleticism of acrobatics, our Acro Dance program is designed to develop strong, dynamic, and expressive performers. It offers students the opportunity to master technical dance skills, develop acrobatic strength and flexibility, and perform with confidence, creativity, and flair.

What is Acro Dance?

Acro Dance combines classical dance styles (such as jazz, lyrical, and contemporary) with acrobatic elements like balances, tumbling, and contortion. It builds:

Led by the talented and passionate Miss Georgia Macmillan, the program has already seen huge success, with students quickly developing advanced skills and confidence. Miss Macmillan brings a background in elite dance, competitive cheer, and movement performance and is committed to helping each student grow not just as a dancer but as a performer, teammate, and individual.
