At The Hills Sports High School, our Talented Sports Programs (TSPs) provide student-athletes with the unique opportunity to pursue sporting excellence while achieving academic success. Each program is designed to develop the whole athlete - focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical performance, and personal growth.

Our school offers a range of specialised programs across multiple sports, each led by accredited coaches and supported by partnerships with state sporting organisations, national governing bodies, and professional clubs. These programs are delivered in a high-performance environment that mirrors professional sporting structures, preparing students for higher representative and elite pathways.

Integrated Timetable Structure

Each student-athlete’s chosen sport becomes a timetabled subject within their regular school day. Students complete two designated TSP sessions per week focused on skill development, tactical awareness, and sport-specific education. These sessions are built into their school timetable, ensuring a balance between training and academic study without compromising either.

In addition to their sport-specific sessions, all student-athletes participate in a dedicated Strength & Conditioning (S&C) session each week in our fully equipped on-site gym. These sessions are led by accredited coaches and are designed to enhance athletic performance through targeted programs focusing on:

This holistic model ensures that every athlete receives the support, education, and resources needed to excel both on the field and in the classroom.

Pathways and Development

Whether students aspire to represent at a professional, national, or international level, or simply want to reach their personal best, our programs are structured to develop athletes of character, competence, and commitment.
