• _{Elite L3 Accredited Australian Strength & Conditioning Association Coach, Master’s Degree in High Performance Sport Coaching, Bach Degree Sport Science & Coaching, L3 ATFCA (Sprints, Hurdles, Relays), NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Grad Dip in Adult Education (VET).} 
• _{Ranell is known as the Queen of Speed. Through her private coaching, Ranell has helped thousands of athletes worldwide modify their physical qualities and biomechanics to maximise specific sport speed performance for all field and court sports. Ranell was the S&C Coach for GWS Fury Premier League Netball Opens and U23’s for 9 years (2016 – 2024). In 2024 she also took on the role of Lead S&C Coach for Penrith Panthers Premier League Netball and will continue this in 2025.} 
• _{Ranell is contracted for clinics with the Australian Men Opens and Under 23’s Netball Teams. She also privately trains Netballers from all levels to develop their athletic qualities to maximise on court performance. In 2019 Ranell was awarded the ASCA Performance Development Coach of the year, for her work in the NSW Premier League Championship winning season of the GWS FURY U23s.} 
• _{Her award also acknowledged her work with the NSW Baseball High Performance program which resulted in the most sub 7 second 60-yard sprint times in program history and million-dollar signings in the USA. Ranell is a regular presenter at International Strength & Conditioning Conferences and has delivered her Explosive Sport Speed Development courses and Athlete clinics across Australia, the UK and Asia.} 
• _{In 2020 Ranell was contracted to rewrite the Speed & Agility curriculum for all levels (0 – Elite 3) courses of the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association qualifications.}
